Reimagining 58 buildings across 16 acres in the historic center of Downtown Atlanta
2024-2026
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Led design, permitting, and construction for adaptive reuse and new development projects totaling over $72 million in capital investment over two short years. Directly accountable for delivery of sixteen buildings, a one-acre greenspace, and three blocks of streetscape ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026. Negotiated close alignment with City agencies, consultants, contractors, and prospective tenants to achieve these outcomes.

National nonprofit affordable housing provider creating stable, vibrant, and healthy communities

PROJECT DEVELOPER II
Owned the full development cycle for over $75 million total investment, directing multi-disciplinary project teams to advance the delivery of 200+ affordable housing units across metro Atlanta, serving 30-80% of Area Median Income. Structured debt and equity funding for three projects through competitive LIHTC applications and strategic public-private partnerships.
WESTSIDE FUTURE FUND
Public-private transformation initiative dedicated to the restoration of Atlanta’s historic westside neighborhoods

VICE PRESIDENT OF REAL ESTATE
Built and led creation and implementation of the organization’s real estate acquisition and development strategy to establish a 6,000-unit mixed-income housing pipeline across a 2 mi² target area, leveraging a $120 million impact fund. Co-created Home on the Westside, an innovative community retention program prioritizing legacy residents for housing stability.
DEKALB COUNTY
Customer service-oriented municipal organization responsible for the safety, functionality, and comfort of county facilities

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Managed programming and design of a new 15,000sf senior services center in SE DeKalb and a 25,000sf recreation center. Executed capital improvements on behalf of client departments, enhancing county facilities while maximizing public resources.

Private, nonprofit real estate developer focused on preserving historic Over-the-Rhine and Downtown Cincinnati
2013-2016
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Oversaw real estate projects ranging from a $6 million, 8-unit townhome development to a $32 million full city park renovation with underground parking. Underwrote Historic and New Market Tax Credit financing, coordinated project design and construction, controlled budget and schedule, and carried projects through lease-up and unit sales.
